Festival Finale: As proprietors of Paderewski Vineyard and York Mountain, where Paderewski made his wine, Epoch Estate Wines will open its private Farmhouse to host Paderewski Festival Artistic Director Marek Zebrowski for his lecture “Paderewski in Paso.” Epoch Estate Wines makes a Zinfandel from the Paderewski vineyard as homage to Paderewski and has held back some of its sold-out 2011 vintage for VIP attendees to taste during this special event. VIP pass holders will also be able to tour Epoch’s closed-to-the-public Paderewski Vineyard to see original Paderewski picking boxes, natural sulfur hot spring that Paderewski once used, and original Paderewski vines. This lecture, tasting and tour event is offered to VIP ticketholders only.
